In-person Process
Call or text at (816) 462-9678, or complete the Contact Us form.
Tell us about the type of document or documents you have.
We will verify you have a valid government issued identification, such as driver's license, US Passport, or Military ID.
DO NOT sign the document or documents prior to our meeting.
We will inform you of the fee, which is set by the State of Missouri, and is dependent on the documents being signed and travel distance.
We will schedule the appointment for a time and place that is most convenient for you. It could be at your my office, your place of business, home, or a neutral location such as a local restaurant.
Payment is made at the time of the notarization. Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Square, major credit cards, debit cards are accepted.
