have a valid Social Security Number
have an unexpired U.S. Driver's License or State Identification Card or U.S. Passport
technical requirements
Online notarizations are required to be recorded with video and audio
Please review these requirements:
Desktop/Laptop computer with webcam and microphone
Ability to access email from a Desktop/Laptop computer.
Email a copy of the documents to be notarized prior to appointment and during the appointment.

The Process

CONFIRM APPOINTMENT
After we talk, you will receive an email from me with the date/time for the appointment, which includes the online virtual conference link.
You will need to attach a PDF of the document(s) to be notarized in your email reply confirming the appointment.
DO NOT sign the document(s). You will do this electronically.
APPOINTMENT TIME
a. VERIFY IDENTIFICATION:
There will be a capture of a photo of your government ID (driver's license, state ID, or US Passport.)
b. Client signs the document, send via email.
c. Client makes payment.
c. Receive document signed by notary via email.
